I came to this location on Friday, 1/27/23. Used my credit card at Pump #5. After my card was…read moreapproved, I was going to grab the handle to pump gas and to my horror, I noticed that there was no pump for unleaded gas there. I tried to cancel the transaction at the pump but it kept telling me to put the pump back on the handle to which none was there. This was a big problem as anyone could come up to that pump and get diesel gas if they wanted. I had to inconveniently go inside the station to explain the issue and was told by the attendant Malik that he canceled it on his end but the light on the pump octane was still blinking indicating that the pump was ready to dispense gas. He told me "didn't you see that there wasn't a pump there?" to which i was offended of ever being asked that question as if it was my fault there was no pump there. I informed him that a sign should of been left to alert customers not to use that pump. I got his name and the manager's name in case there were any credit card charges I needed to dispute. I reminded him again that a sign needs to be displayed so that no other customer experiences what I did. I believe it fell on deaf's ears. Terrible customer service.

This gentleman was yelling and running to help me because saw me falling. He helped me up and asked what I want to do. So he askes what you want to do. I want to put some gas in my car he said how much. At the time I only had 5 dollars. He said, I got you. I went in the store to tell him what pump and came out and the store owner. Come running out yelling. I noticed that the guys was smoking a cigarette near the pump. Instead of asking nicely or why. So the guy was calm. And put the cigarette out. Then he keep yelling talking about he was stealing gas and he used his own credit card. He threatened to call the police. The man tried to explain what happened. Then he disrespected me by stating that he didnt want to hear anything that I have to say I didnt matter. He kept cursing the guy out saying several racial slurs. The thing that I HATED. Is spite of the other words on top of that he called him a Donkey to me that is like he called him a ass. That is not right. The man was so calm talking to him.
