I gave them the information then waited. No refund. I have contacted them about this EIGHT times and it has been over a month. They keep telling me they will send the refund then ghost me for a week or so before I contact them again, they say they will send it then go radio silent for another week or more. At one point it became clear they were incredibly incompetent because they made a reference to payroll and when checks go out every month. It's possible they thought I was an employee instead of an employee. That mistake kind of blew my mind. From other reviews I've read online this has happened to multiple people and it will keep happening to other people because they aren't fixing the problem and just sit on their hands when people ask for their money back. If you want to go to this car wash, do it at your own peril. If the machines eat your money, malfunction or charge your card and the doors don't open... you're not going to get your money back.
