But this is my least favorite Love's. I stop here a lot. It's at a convenient location along a regular route that I take. But it doesn't have a dog park. (I can't take stars off for that but it's definitely a bummer.) It's always packed. (Again, can't take stars off foe that but it's a bummer.) A shocking number of the pumps don't work. And the bathrooms are always gross. Stinky and dirty. So yeah for convenience. Blah for the rest.

Also, this gas station has the best customer service I've ever received. I stopped one night when I was having car problems, and the young man working there, Xavier, worked on it until it was fixed (keep in mind, this was around 11-11:30 and took about 45 minutes). Xavier has been the only worker I've had interaction with, and he never fails to be the highlight of my experience in the store. I've never seen a customer leave his presence without him reminding them to have a blessed night. My only recommended gas station in this area of Jackson!

Ordering from a gas station I was unsurprisingly raising my eyebrow wondering how good this stuff could actually be- but don't let the exterior fool you, this is some of the best Indian food you'll get in the South. The butter chicken was delightfully spicy, perfect on a sick day but not too much that I was coughing any more than I already was. I came again a few months later and got the same order and had a tailgate in the back of my truck, and while it took a while to make it was worth every bite. And that's the blessing of this place, the food takes a while but it's worth every second, everything is freshly cooked and well textured. If you don't like bone-in chicken I will say this isn't necessarily a place I'd recommend. The chicken curry and the tikka masala both were bone-in when I had them, but that doesn't necessarily bother me (it's how it should be!). Every food they offer is perfect and they will always cater it to your spice level. There isn't a listed menu and what's available changes daily, so you either have to check their Facebook page (spice and curry on FB) or DoorDash to see what's available, but the staff will be equally receptive if you order in the restaurant. It's the kind of place that I'd be at regularly if I lived in Vicksburg, because even with how good the food was, the staff are quick to make conversation and be friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's having a craving for Indian food passing through Vicksburg, it's as good as it gets! Also make sure to get the mango lassi when they have it, it's great.
