I travel a lot with my dogs and son. I love Love's because normally in one stop we can enjoy a bio break, I can fuel up, we can grab a bite to eat, and the dogs can stretch their legs and do their bathroom business. All a win. But this is my least favorite Love's. I stop here a lot. It's at a convenient location along a regular route that I take. But it doesn't have a dog park. (I can't take stars off for that but it's definitely a bummer.) It's always packed. (Again, can't take stars off foe that but it's a bummer.) A shocking number of the pumps don't work. And the bathrooms are always gross. Stinky and dirty. So yeah for convenience. Blah for the rest. read more

As much as I like stopping at Love' s Travel stop apart from necessary food and shopping this is the worst of them all. I was coming from Biloxi Ms for a pit stop in the store for icee drinks no cups nor tops for the drink and the attitude of the workers is not really something to write about. If the management of Love's travel stop can see this post then some adjustments is needed read more

An employee knocked over my mom didn't apologize age when someone was helping her up the employee made a snide comment about how she needed to watch where she was going. My mom was walking out of the bathroom. The bathrooms were ungodly dirty and looked like they hadn't been touched in hours. Over all very disappointed in how we were treated and the way the bathrooms look. I would give it 0 starts but it dosent let you do that. read more

The first thing noticed were the restrooms. Sinks are obviously not cleaned well, if at all. Viruses could be easily transmitted here, just due to the lack of cleanliness and lack of proper cleaning supplies. Clorox would be a major benefit in this place. I was politely laughed off by the manager, although he said "he would take care of it" . This morning I see no improvement. Although workers are doing jobs, loitering can be noticed. I will not be buying food here, due to sanitation precautions are not an important issue. The Tire Pass is a mess, hoses hanging out of their containers this morning and last night. The extra effort needed to keep the hoses in good and safe shape are not being adhered to. Will not trust my tires here, and would they do the actual job, if so little concern is given to the equipment they use? Trash cans full..,Fuel Island debatable. Parking is always interesting at Loves, but confusing is one word I could use for how the area near the pumps is set up. And as usual, you still have those special drivers; who park with disregard for anyone trying to go past them, etc. read more

Stopped in for a bite to eat at Arbys and gas. This place is disgusting. Employees standing around talking not paying attention to customers waiting to order. Food on most of the tables, all over the floor. No napkins, had to use shirt for a napkin. Most fountain drinks were empty and the ice. Simply the worst place I've been in. Someone needs to bring some management into this place before Love's, which was basically the same way, gets a bad name. I don't normally post bad reviews, but this place is in dire need of help. As a trucker this is the WORST loves ive ever been to in my liiife and the ones in memphis tennessee. No hot water the water in all the showers are cold freezing cold! They dont clean the showers trash still inside from previous person that took a shower. I asked them to refund me my shower credit back to my loves card for the $400 gallons of fuel i bought and their washer and dryers also suck and dated the hot food is old and gross the entire place needs remodeling and the truck parking VERY small only about 20 parking spaces for trucks and its a huuuuge cluster fuck! Please avoid this place if ur a trucker ur better off sleeping on the shoulder SHAME on them!! read more

Bathroom very clean and employees pleasant. Didn't eat there because don't like Arby's. Loves are the best place to stop when on the road.

Well-stocked with snacks and beverages Of course, it has its usual novelty items for travelers: t-shirts, mugs, travel pillows, etc. What made this site unique was Jack & Jason. They immediately made conversation with us and had our family laughing away! It was nice to go to unfamiliar places with people who are so welcoming such as those two are! Pulling a camper with pickup. Got blocked in by construction company lowboy. Refused to move so we could pull out. Spent almost one hour just filling up with gas. Usually stop at Love's because easy in and out. read more

Typical Love's rest stop but had the stinkiest and nastiest ladies restroom I've ever been in at a Love's. Did as the sign stated and informed the cashier who responded "she just went in for a courtesy check." I replied oh ok well it's dirty with toilet tissue, water etc on the floor and it smells bad. read more
