It's nice to patronize a gas station that prides itself on its appearance. No garbage laying around the pumps, the window shield cleaning reservoirs are stocked with clean fluid and paper towels; I even saw someone out MOPPING the pump platforms one day! Even better is the friendly customer service. Every time I've stopped here, the folks working have been warm and helpful. Get a rewards card to save when you gas up. What a huge find. Cruising along the northbound M-5, low on gas and realizing the further I go in…read morethis direction, the higher gas prices get. A Costco membership comes in handy at times like this. The price for gas is much lower than other stations in the area. It's also a convenience when you grocery shop and can fill up all in one location. From there M-5, you can use 14 mile rd or the Maple rd exit and be there in seconds. I'm the only person in the place! No cash accepted is a downer. But, they do have staff available, should you need them. Another positive is no food mart to buy all that garbage when you fill the tank! It distracts from the process and all that crap is slowly killing us! 01/26

I am not fully convinced Costco is the best place to shop for your daily needs; especially for a family as small as ours. You are buying in bulk and storing it in the house; sometimes for a year if you dont use as much kitchen paper (for example) The good things although are - customer service is good; the checkout lines moves fast even on the weekends! ; the produce is good quality and lasts!
