I like the fact that if I need a quick affordable car wash, I usually go here because it's convenient and it's clean. The only issue that I ever had here was that there was someone parked in the area where you add air to your tires, but that's just a normal customer with bad manners and has nothing to do with the establishment.

Brand new card readers that now supports the chip cards which is great because the old readers only read the magnetic strip on the back of the card, which for me does not always read. So thats a plus. Station is quite clean, no trash or other debris cluttering station. Downside was out of hand sanitizer which was a big disappointment after using the pump. Amenities: Small store inside. Limited products compared to larger Chevron locations. Has the basics one can expect. Overall: A clean and safe gas station with a very easy location to get to. Downside is that cleaning supplies are out after using the game pumps.

The car wash would start the soap cycle and then stop, forcing the dryer cycle to start prematurely. I drove my still soapy car to the front door and alerted the employee. The employee was reluctant to give me the code for rerun of the car wash. He ended giving me the code after requesting him to check the records and camera feeds. And guess what? The same thing happened again. I went in again and informed him of the machine being broken, and that I didn't want to go through another time and please just give me a refund. I still have to go elsewhere to get rid of the soap... But he only refused and laughed. Very disappointed with the attitude and will not be back.

Perfect for a traveler on the road. This complex is located right next to the Sycamore Valley x I-680 interchange (eastside). The Shell station is well lit and clean. Prices were fair for the "near the freeway " location. I didn't go inside the Circle K, so I didn't experience any odd customer service. The driveway is controlled by a traffic signal, so it's easy and safe to go back to the freeway. Adjacent to the Best Western Danville Sycamore Inn and Black Bear Diner.

Jamie who works at the store is extremely unhelpful and rude. When I would ask him to put money on a pump he would act like I he was annoyed because he had to stop watching his show on his phone. Sorry it literally takes 5 seconds. Also when a friend of mine was confused by the new touch screens, she asked for help. He was upset by having to show someone "how simple it is". I have many more examples about this guy. I was hoping the store manger was smarter than to have hired someone who hates to do his job as much as Jamie. I think 87 was around $4.19 which is the lowest I think you can find it. 91 here is what 87 would cost at a Chevron. From what I remember no extra charge for using credit or debit cards. Across the street is another no name gas station - perhaps this keeps it competitive. Convenient to the freeway and no wait at the pumps.

When done right and properly maintained, touch washes are the only way to get your car clean. This one (touchy-type) is nice because you pull in and stop and then the machines move around the car. It does a great job of washing and a good job of drying. There is a manual pre-wash if you like as well as towels for hand drying afterward if you want. But honestly, it does a good enough job for $10-12 that I don't do any of the manual stuff.

There was no way to tell what to do when approaching the wash like as other car washes that say "stop, etc". I went back and explained the issue to the same cashier but I was told I had to pay again to use the car wash because she already gave me a free service. She addressed me angrily in the presence of other customers. I explained to her my car did not get washed and I had already paid for it the first time. She refused any further assistance. So I ended up paying twice to have my car washed because of an issue with their machine? I have been washing my car at this service center for years. But it now has a new owner and a new car wash and, they are not friendly or helpful!
