I don't know if husky or shell do but I know petro Canada does and I like this reward system better because you can redeem the points for gas. I gave Esso in McKenzie Lake 3 stars because the customer service is not always the friendliest and they have trouble redeeming the points for gas at times. Sometimes I have been told that I can't use the points for gas by one employee and come back next time and then I can.

The station was busy, but without knowing that you were competing with the people getting gas for an employee's hand it was a little confusing to figure out what was going on here. After paying I was glad to see that I arrived at the right time as there were a few people waiting to fill their tanks. On my second visit I just needed a drink. Upon walking into the convenience store there was a long line and many of the drinks were sold out. This wasn't a screaming hot day in the summer, it was a warm day in September. I haven't ventured into the store yet as I've always paid at the pump, but I have used the carwash. The wash here is the type where you drive your car in and the sprayers and brushes move around your car. This can make for a little bit of a wait compared to the type where you drive your car through. The nice thing about this carwash is that you have the choice between a brush wash or touch-less.

I frequent the stores off 130th Ave. S.E. so I go to the Safeway Gas Bar for convenience. The one thing that I dislike about this location, is that when you pay at the pump and are finished filling up the pump tell's you to go get your receipt inside. It defeats the whole concept of pay at the pump IMO.

With the condos around here too there's little to no street parking so parking in this lot in general might be a bit of a disaster once everything is open.
