I frequent the stores off 130th Ave. S.E. so I go to the Safeway Gas Bar for convenience. The one thing that I dislike about this location, is that when you pay at the pump and are finished filling up the pump tell's you to go get your receipt inside. It defeats the whole concept of pay at the pump IMO.

I don't know if husky or shell do but I know petro Canada does and I like this reward system better because you can redeem the points for gas. I gave Esso in McKenzie Lake 3 stars because the customer service is not always the friendliest and they have trouble redeeming the points for gas at times. Sometimes I have been told that I can't use the points for gas by one employee and come back next time and then I can.

The soap doesn't lift grime off the car at all, and the pressure in the lines seems to have been reduces to the point that it can't even remove bugs from the windshield without concentrated effort. The car looked fine in the car wash, but when I got it home, it was clear that all that had happened was a bit of water had passed over the road grime, leaving a streaky mess. A month ago I alerted him to the fact they had charged me the same amount twice on the same day which were the only 2 transactions that day. Common sense would tell you that it was their error and they should immediately reimburse me for the second charge. He refused and said I would have to challenge it through my bank which I did. This indicates a manager will poor skills and willing to put profit before excellent customer service. Not too bright! My bank investigation revealed the transactions were 12 seconds apart. I have been reimbursed by my bank and they will now be collecting from his error. It's been more than 2 months since I boycotted this business and will never return unless the manager is replaced.
