After I purchased and paid for my gas using the Shell app. I went inside to ask for the key to the outdoor bathrooms. After I waited a very long time for an employee to appear behind a very dirty and practically opaque window, a very loud, angry, and difficult to understand employee yelled and gesticulated violently at me to leave, yelling at me that I should use the bathroom at home. I'd give it zero stars, but that's not a choice. If someone asks to cash in lottery tickets, you cash them in. I got a bunch of grief from the clown on Saturday. Because it was convenient, I regularly fill up here. The prices are lower elsewhere. Last night I stopped by to air up a low tire. I asked the attendant to change a dollar, to which he replied no. He claimed he didn't have enough quarters, even though he had several dollars worth in the register. Are you under the impression that your dirty Shell station is the only option in town? Your poor customer service just cost you about $70 a week in business. read more

I was here the other day around 9pm. This was the last place I used my card, the next morning money was taken out of my account. More then what I spent at the gas station. I've seen a lot of gas station like to scam people. I believe this is one of them. I don't recommend coming here. read more

Friendly cashier. Small convince store with not a huge assortment of snacks and drinks. No Yerba mate drinks.

There is not much you can review about a gas station expect for the little things that you notice when you fill up. Ive noticed that this place is always clean, there is no trash laying around and the pumps are always working. The squeegee to clean off your windows is always there and is in good shape with the bucket filled with windshield washing fluid. read more

Worst worst gas station EVER!! I love using shell for my gas choice because of the Vpower, but shell has one of the worst customer service workers ever!, this one was rude, didn't want to help when it's their card chip that wouldn't read (3 spots) so I went in and advised the cashier it doesn't work, he automatically states it's my card, but I can pre-pay, WTF! Didn't even offer to go check it out but Keeps assuming it's my card (when it works inside) don't know if he's the owner or worker but management need to step in. I went to this location due to it being open 24 hours. I arrive at about 2am and all the lights were on and a couple people standing outside pulling on the locked door. At this point my girlfriend calls the establishment and asks if they are open. I then see a man come from the back of the store on the phone(talking to my girlfriend) and says yes they are open. Then unlocks the door so me and some of the others waiting outside can come in. I am giving this 1 star due to the worker locking the door so he wouldn't have any customers come in which i think is ridiculous. read more

WORST GAS STATION! Do NOT give them your money. I having been getting gas there for years. Today after getting gas at 10pm in 15 degree weather my car battery stopped. Luckily I know someone that lives 10 mins away and they came to help. Whomever works there came YELLING at me 5 mins after being there, AFTER PURCHASING GAS, to tell me I had to move my car. Literally nobody was there. I told him that my battery died and he YELLED again and told me I had to put it in NEUTRAL and push it. He had a heavy accent so I didn't quite understand him and then he started yelling at me again. I put in in Neutral and he started pushing my car away from the spot. 10 feet forward. WHY? Not, "oh someones coming, come inside because its cold" I was really upset and opened my car door to say thank you and he stamped off like I ruined his night. I have NEVER been treated like that as a customer. My help arrived two minutes after he did that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY. read more

I went in last night around 10pm after working all day. I have a business just around the corner. Went in for a quick snack and gas. After trying to do a very basic transaction I was disrespected by the cashier. Tried to talk to him to finish the transaction just to be told I was wrong, I don't know what I am talking about. When I asked to speak to the manager he wouldn't give me any info. Tried to give me a wrong number. Wouldn't even give me his name. I found the number on side of building. Spoke to the manager to be just as disrespected. If this gas station wants to continue they should re staff. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. The only reason I gave this place one star is because you have to give at least that to leave a review. My wife works around the corner from this gas station and has been getting gas from here for years. This evening, she got gas as she normally does after work and her battery died. While she was waiting for someone to come and jump her car the person working there came out and yelled at her to move her car. This was after she had already paid for gas at around 10pm so there was no one else there and it's not like she was impeding business. On top of all that, it was about 15 degrees out! Why would you treat anyone like that? Let alone a paying customer. Needless to say this place will never get our money again! read more
