When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

The thing that blew me away was that this wonderful man sat by my bedside and waited until I woke up from surgery to make sure I was ok. I have never had a doctor do that before. He also came at 6 in the morning on the fourth of July to remove my drains himself and check how I was doing. This shows how much he really cares about his patients. This surgery has changed my life and I am so grateful to have such a skilled compassionate doctor. He even sends beautiful emails due to Covid of his wonderful dogs.

I was thrilled to see he was able to get 100% of my capsules out, (which can cause further health complications if they're not fully removed). Additionally, I also got a lift. I had an "en bloc" explant and mastopexy that Dr Chatson recommended and it was the completely wrong type of procedure to perform on me. I initially wanted to just exchange my implants and happened to mention I had been waiting to do that since I had developed other health issues, from food poisoning. Felt like I was recommended the wrong procedure for me as a patient not even looking at the individual. I was swayed into believing breast implant illness could be contributing to my IBS, and headaches by him and it was not that at all. I had food poisoning and likely peri/menopause which was causing all symptoms that I was having. Did he think or consider that? No!! I also had an MRI, no ruptures. So why "en bloc" removal recommended? My results were horrendous, I looked like I had a nipple sparing mastectomy with a crease across one entire breast that never resolved I was asked at my final follow up how much it bothered me, which I said A LOT, he said there was nothing he could do!! He was just interested in whether my symptoms resolved and of course they had not since it was never my implants!! Why would you aggressively remove implants in someone like this? With gastro problems and minor headaches? I was left with horrifically, long and unnecessary scars a crease fold across the whole breast and no breast tissue. This ordeal put me in deep depression, with shame and terrible anxiety for being sucked into this absurdity. I could not even catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror or my whole day would be ruined. I had night terrors about the surgery and an awful, painful recovery. Couldn't even have my children hug me due to ongoing nerve pain in chest area. I was given gabapentin by another doctor for the nerve pain. The care and concern was abominable. Felt like I was being experimented on. Please be careful in choosing this doctor for explant or for anything. This is a FOR PROFIT business and this doctor has gotten himself on an explant list as good at performing these procedures, this is false advertising, there are no experts in explants and it's just preying on women who are ill and vulnerable as if they are their saviors when he was initially brought BII up to me, like he was a believer in this I had never heard of it and is the one who caused me to have the idea in my head which pushed me to the horrible removal. It's all about the $$$$. He is not qualified to diagnose anyone with BII, he is a plastic surgeon. Go to more consults before removal, consult other expert physicians for symptoms, and please rethink using this doctor for anything after he's ruined at least 2 women's lives. I can agree with so many 1* reviews, and the only reason why I have given them 1* is because there is no option for no stars!! They definitely blow smoke up your as when you go in to see your 'sales' person!! I did do my research, was satisfied with the surgeon that they assigned me, even though I was very nervous to go ahead with the procedure. A week or so before my surgery appmt, they changed my surgeon to someone that wasn't even listed on their website, so I had no way to research whether he was any good, and was pressured to accept him as my surgeon, due to the 'offer' that I had signed up for to have my surgery before the end of July!! I was never advised to get post op massages, however my own research had brought me to the conclusion that I should. I had an AWFUL experience receiving the second faja that I was supposed to get sent, and didn't get it until at least 4months post surgery!! At my first couple of post op appointments, I only saw a nurse who weighed me and took pictures..... I obviously still had a fair bit of swelling that I expected. By my 3rd post op appointment, it was becoming obvious to me that the sharpie that the surgeon had used to mark me on the day of my surgery, had bled into the incision sites and was now very much within my skin like a tattoo!! They gave me some tape that I applied religiously for weeks, but NO CHANGE! Their treatment of my concerns never seemed to be taken seriously at all!! I requested a consult with the surgeon, as not only was I still concerned about the sharpie marks in my skin, but also that my stomach was very lop-sided with a very visible lump of subcutaneous fat (which should have been removed!!) They cancelled my consult with the surgeon on at least two occasions via text, and never called me to reschedule. I tried to call several times, and was told someone would call me back..... they never did! I saw my Primary Care doctor for my annual, and he also assessed that what I was seeing as a lump of fat that should have been removed, was indeed the case. When I eventually saw the surgeon his attitude was very blasé regarding my concerns of my lumpy stomach area, and said it was 'the best outcome I could expect!!" He was all about disregarding my claim that the marks in my skin were from the sharpie he used, but agreed that he would have me back in to get rid of them! Someone was supposed to call me to book me in to have the fix, but you guessed it, NO ONE CALLED!! I again tried calling to get an appointment and on 3 occasions got told someone would call me back!! Eventually someone called, said they were still trying to 'work out schedules, but will call me back'..... over a month later, still no call, still no fix and still very unhappy with my results! Did I expect my results to be better, YES! The ad's, the staff etc, all give the impression that you will have AMAZING results!!!! Did I expect better customer service and post op care, YES OF COURSE I DID!!!!!! It is no small chunk of change to pay for this kind of procedure, and very scary for some of us!! Do I regret it? ABSOLUTLEY!! I have permanent marks within my skin, and a lump of fat that is very obvious on one side! I could name names, but would that make me feel any better? Probably not!!!!!
