I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my husband at his work and it was so beautiful. They called because they didn't have the exact color roses that the image on the website showed and were so helpful. They ended up using a different color rose and we couldn't be more happy with the arrangement. I have used them once before and they're my new go to florist. read more

I asked for a picture of the spray I ordered for my sister's funeral since I was not able to attend. Asked when I ordered and then I asked customer service 3 times and never received a picture. Did save the pic of the spray from online but would have loved a picture of the finished product. Very disapointed. read more

I was just coming off a bad experience with a floral delivery in a different city so was a little hesitant to order again without actually going into a floral shop in person. But, I was almost a thousand miles away on my Mom's birthday so I took a chance and was extremely satisfied with Shelby's product and service. I verified all the necessary items were in stock to create the arrangement that I wanted over the phone with the owner or manager, and my Mom was thrilled with her flowers. Well done, Shelby's! read more

Excellent customer service and communication! Same day delivery was so fast! Flowers were so pretty! Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

They helped us select our bouquet. Was very helpful! Plenty of options to choose from. Will be going back for sure.

DECECEPTIVE PRICING, then ZERO commitment to make it right with me, the customer! I was charges $16 extra that was NOT disclosed during my entire online purchase process. Delivery service fee AND $4 credit card fee. Only confirmation email provided those details, so I nicely called. They basicly didn't care that I found this troublesome. BEAUTIFUL garden basket arrangement. I like to call and personally speak to my florist shop when ordering and Shelby's didn't disappoint. Both of my calls were cheerfully answered and they did an amazing job with our order. We were sending flowers to a special pair of aunties and without knowing their favorites we went with greenery and a POP of color. Shelby's suggested a garden basket for us. Our aunties LOVE their basket of beauty. Thank you Shelby's for an amazing job! We will be placing future orders with you. read more

False advertising in my order. Doesn't look remotely like the picture I ordered. I got a bouquet for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and now I'm single. Can't believe I paid $80 for this. Looks more like my grandmother's vegetable garden than a beautiful bouquet. read more

Very easy and convenient to place my order online. When they initially delivered my order no one answered to receive delivery, so they made a second visit once contacting the recipient and ensuring they would be there so that they did not have to leave flowers at the door on a hot day per my instructions! I am very grateful and happy with Shelby's Floral! read more

Very thoughtful when my father passed away- brought the flowers to the church and set them up where I needed them to without me needing to show them. Flowers were gorgeous- I was glad I asked them to take the creative direction without too much input from myself. Kind and attentive - and I'm impressed with their empathy. Thank you ladies for making that sacred time a little easier for me to be able to focus my time on our family. Give them a try-You won't be disappointed with their services. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lindsay and Shelby's Floral. I was being my normal procrastinating self and ordered flowers late for my mom this last Mother's Day. When I ordered there was no available delivery times on Saturday or Sunday. I opted for a Monday delivery. "Better late than never".... However, when Lindsay saw my order and saw that it was for Mother's Day she made it happen for me ON Mother's Day. The flowers not only arrived on Sunday they were beautiful. read more

Sending flowers to my sister and brother-in-law to celebrate the birth of their baby boy! Shelby's floral was super helpful!

My mom sent me a beautiful bouquet to help me cope with a loss. The flowers were delivered much quicker than she expected and the arrangement was clearly assembled with a lot of thought, care, and attention to detail. It was absolutely beautiful and brightened mine and my husband's day. I don't know what my mom spent on the arrangement, but the cost was worth it for such a gorgeous gift that was well prepared and of high quality. Thank you to the artists at Shelby's for your role in helping my family through this difficult time. read more

I ordered flowers for my brother and sister-in-law's 20th anniversary. They were perfect, my sister-in-law was thrilled.

Lot's of marvelous gifts to get carried away with! Friendly staff! They had tropical flower arrangements made, which interested me. I needed a conference room center piece. The other a tropical arrangement was artsy, would last a long time if not exposed to the cold, and for a friend in recovery from surgery which is a fit. I thought if the ribbon changed?.... I left with two arrangements and not sure if it was brilliant for the price even with the sale on tropicals. read more

I chose Shelby's because I wanted to use a local flower shop. I do not live in Kennewick so it needed to be delivered. I know the website said some substitutions could be made, but the entire arrangement was different. Different color and style of teacup, no baby's breath, and different colors of flowers. When we called, the owner said we should have called to order instead of ordering online. I chose the colors to match a specific color scheme. I will use a national flower service next time. She did offer to deliver an empty teacup in a couple of weeks, but that is an odd offer after Mother's Day is long over. read more

I needed some sunflowers for a last minute occasion. They provided with no issues. They quoted an hour wait. The bouquet was great, some of the sunflowers were a little wilted with a slight discolored tips but sunflowers also are not in season. Thanks Shelby's Floral. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on a particular date. I gave the times she would be home, but they missed the window. They did not call me to give me a heads up. When I called them on it, they gave me a song and dance over logistics. Honestly, the logistics is thier job. I could have had a family member do it, but need to be certain they would arrive on a particular day. Fat lot of good hiring a professional did me. They could have appologized and refunded the delivery charge, but there was no acceptance of fault from thier end. I have always liked thier flowers, but delivery is completely undependable. read more

Has an issue with an arrangement that was not the type of flowers I ordered. I specially marked not to substitute flowers on this website too but the manager says it must've been a "glitch" on the computer. They used fillers and cheaper flowers than what I ordered as a deluxe with spray roses. She says they followed the recipe on the website but the arrangement looked cheap and even the colors were off. When I called them to address this they said they would only do an EXCHANGE. How am I going to ask my mom to give back a gift that was already given. They said she'd get another arrangement but why would I ask her to go through the trouble of bringing back the arrangement to her work just to get a different one. I was the one who ordered it and felt it wasn't a deluxe arrangement why bring recipient into it.. poor customer service.. not ordering from them again!! read more

The easiest over-the-phone floral order ever! Customer service was excellent! I am from southern CA and needed flowers delivered to my daughter that same day within 4 hours and they came through with a beautiful arrangement that my daughter adored! Will definitely use them again! read more

Just moved to this area so it was my first time in. Day before Mother's Day so I expected it to be very busy. No issue with it being busy. I was a little confused about what I was looking for. One worker looked me in my eyes and we made eye contact and then walked past me and asked the person BEHIND me if they needed help. I just walked out. I'm sure this is a "staple of the community." The building looks like it's been here for 35 years. But after the experience I just had. I will NEVER be back. Flowers did look beautiful though read more

Since I live out of town I placed a phone order for a floral spray for a funeral. I needed it delivered the next day. They called Mueller's Chapel of the Fall to make sure I had the correct recipient, the time for the funeral to make sure to get it there on time. I didn't get to see the floral arrangement, I got confirmation it got there hours before the service. So I'm happy. read more

Bad service. They've delivered late twice already; towards the end of the day. The arrangement was like I bought a bouquet of flowers at the store and I just put in a base. They don't put any effort to make it nice. Never again and don't recommend this place. Very disappointed. read more

My fiancée ordered me an arrangement from Shelby's Floral and had them delivered to my work. They were very beautiful! I've had them sitting at my desk for four weeks now and only three stems of flowers have died within that time frame. I called to order flowers for Mother's Day. I gave a few general ideas of what I wanted. The arrangement our mother received later that day was stunning! She loved it and it was exactly what we were looking for- an ikebana inspired arrangement with few flowers, greenery, possibly exotics, in pink, orange, white and green. The florist included peonies, gerber daisies, calla lilies, eucalyptus, and made a gorgeous arrangement. Our mom loved it! Thank you so much! I am really impressed! read more

I have been pleased in the past and have used them several times for my Mom's birthday. This year I "specifically" requested a dozen roses, the prettiest that they had, as long as they were not RED. They were to get a shipment of roses from their supplier on Tuesday, September 19th, the date I needed the delivery. I was assured that they would send the prettiest ones they had and that they would NOT be red. To my disappointment, my Mom sent me a picture of the roses that afternoon and they were in fact red. I had specifically said no red over and over and got confirmation that they would not be red. I called that evening and spoke with someone that confirmed she saw it on the order slip and somewhere else that I had said no red roses. Their solution to the problem was that they could go exchange the roses with my Mom. Really? It's her Birthday, I don't want you to bother her by taking her roses and exchanging them. The other solution was for my mom to drive into town and pick some for herself. Not my idea of good customer service at all. No solution. Not sure that I will use them next year...... read more

9Ordered flowers for my father's funeral. They delivered the night before (assuring me it would be fine). There were DEAD flowers throughout the arrangement (this was the urn arrangement) When I called 2 hours before service I was treated like I was over- reacting. 5 minutes before the service they called back asking if we wanted them to do anything. We took out the dead plants/flowers and arranged it ourself. WILL NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN. read more

My father passed away last month, and I am a horrible son because I didn't remember my mom this Valentines Day. When I called her today she said she was feeling sad because my father always remembered the day. I called Shelby's Floral knowing how unlikely it would be to have a delivery made on Valentine's Day; yet I was still hopeful. Shelby's took pity on this out of town, forgetful son and made the delivery! In the coming years I will remember to make arrangements sooner and always use this floral shop. Thanks much. read more
