A#1's pricing was competitive and their timeframe to install was fair. They were highly communicative and their level of work, care and customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install gutters in the Tampa area.

FAILED TO HONOR WARRANTY! I had some gutters replaced and one of the reasons I went with A-1 was…read moretheir website claim of "satisfaction guaranteed" (important note: not in writing). They also have written on their estimates: "Lifetime warranty on leaks/7 year labor/20-50 year manufacturers warranty." Their price to replace ~30 feet of gutters was reasonable and they were very friendly. After several years my gutters began to leak at the seams (disappointing but not too big of a deal) but then water began to overflow at one of the sections, creating a waterfall type effect during hard rain. I called naively thinking they would come out and fill the leaks and fix the overflow issue, but they were reluctant to do anything. They first said the leak was because they weren't cleaned regularly (they are 30 feet high with no trees above them), but when they came out to look at the waterflow issue, they stated that what was needed were wider gutters to replace the narrower ones they had initially installed. The cost to "fix" this was ~9x what I had originally paid. When I pointed out the absurdity of this "remedy" to my solution, they did not follow up (they had been calling weekly to let me know about their financing option). Looking back, they were never interested in fixing anything, just angling for more business. In fact, the person they sent out was not even a repairman but the guy that gives estimates. I now have to replace gutters that they replaced-the rest of my gutters are all fine. Incredibly disappointing.

We chose to do business with Arry's primarily based on a recommendation from a prior customer of…read moretheirs. First, they were genuine in their assessment. We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new roof or a repair, I highly recommend Arry's.

Horrible company, My husband and I live in a townhome and our HOA had contracted with this company…read moreto replace the roofs on all the townhomes in our community. Our building was one of the first ones done. The first thing they did was scrape and leave marks on the street in front of our townhome with the cherry picker. Then, 2 weeks of feeling like our roof was going to fall in on us due to all the constant pounding . Never, did I think it would actually happen , but I was sleeping and my husband woke me to show me that a board had come through the ceiling and there was a board hanging from our ceiling and plaster everywhere. My husband went out to try to find the owner who was not there but his workers came into our home to look at the damage. I was listening from the bedroom and heard them deny that their constant vibrations and pounding had caused this to happen which I was could not believe I was hearing. Then, the owner comes into our home and begins screaming at my husband who was still very calm and denying that they had done anything to cause this, This was incredibly unprofessional and made me so angry. They claimed that the board was there from the builder of the townhome. It may have been but we bought the townhome in 2005 and since the attic is not a walk up attic, my husband and I have never been up there,. Despite this, the board was there from 2005 until 2023 and it was due to the vibrations and pounding the roofers did that caused it to fall through our ceiling., I would have thought so much more of them if they would have offered to pay for it,. They were paid I I believe ) 420,000 to replace the roofs and could have afforded to pay for it,. However, they refused to pay for anything . My husband had to pay the additional assessment from our homeowners association so the roofing could be done which was around 3,000 + and then we had to pay an additional 1,200 to have the damage fixed that their pounding and vibrations caused. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They were horrible to deal with!!

At approximately 14 months, I contacted the company and requested to pay and schedule the first touchup service I was told by Jennifer in the office who was not the most pleasant employee I've ever spoken with that. I had to wait until September as that was when I was entitled to the first touchup service at the 895 Price. After reviewing the contract in my opinion, the language is ambiguous and does not specifically say I cannot exercise my right to have the two touchup services done early. I would say the fact that they are unwilling to honor the contract at the 895 Price a couple of months prior to their alleged position shows a company that is simply trying to escape the duties and the specifications under their contract.
