The girl in the shop was great, told me it was not half as bad as it looked, actually it was a very small cut, it just needed cleaning, When I realised I was not going to die (well, probably, you never know with these things) I stopped lying on the floor making unnecessary groaning noises and went home, the staff looked relieved. The Pharmacy is open from 8am and closes late most weekdays. .

When I eventually managed to get an appointment I turned up only to be told by Dalia that she had forgotten to book me in for the appointment and that I would have to come back. Dalia refused to compensate me for the shirt - I showed her the proof of purchase just €38. Her salon is liable for the damage but she made no effort to compensate me in any way and had the cheek to say that she had already extended my voucher. Laughable really!!!!

Then I got a shellac - this looks fine but was very rushed - she kept looking at her watch. I had to ask for another coat when it clearly needed one and she didn't trim the cuticles so it already looks grown out. Not that cheap either, definitely wouldn't get my eyebrows done here again and after this won't get my nails either.

They offer really good advice and I usually go in here before I decide to visit the doctor. A perfect example was last month when I had a really sore throat. They now offer a "Sore Throat Test and Treat Service" so they took a swab from my throat and were able to tell me in a few minutes what the cause was. As it was not bacterial (Strep Throat) they told me i could treat it with over the counter medicines. If it had been Strep Throat they would have sent me to my doctor to get antibiotics. It only cost me €7.50 and saved me the time and expense of visiting my doctor. On many occasions they have given me really helpful advice about the medicines I was taking and they are very friendly and approachable.
