We couldn't have been more proud to walk in the trial with her as a lawyer! It took years and hard work for her to get there and it showed. Experience is necessary in any family situation ,especially this one, that ends up going to court let alone trial! She was always taking notes and always listening with compassion for what we were going through as a child's guardian. A child's life was needing her and us. We needed an expert to present our case and why we wanted to just go to trial. Trial was not fun! It was exhausting and time consuming but it was real and we had th evidence. She then had the facts and she presented them. She represented us and gave us a chance to be who we are as people. We are compassionate about what we are doing and we are caring people that are giving a child a chance and she represented us in a way it was heard. In the end the judgement was in our favor. Guardians, in a very tough situation, is hard but we knew we needed a strong lawyer to protect a child's life and we got it! We know if we need her again she will help us again! Thank you Meg and I would write reviews everywhere to let people know how happy we were to be represented by you and your law firm. Ms. Margaret A. Boudreau Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts,LLC. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

When corrected, she still didn't seem to give a care. My initial conversation with Ryan was nothing spectacular either. I was referred by a friend but I'd never recommend them myself. Oh, and Joy likes to blow up your phone. Multiple phone calls to me within hours of each other because on the first call to me she had to leave a voicemail and because I didn't drop my entire life just to call her back. She had 0 respect for my time even though I clearly explained my schedule to her at one point and that I was going to be unavailable but that I would follow up with her when able.

This was our first venture into owning a franchise business so to anyone who is about to go through the process of negotiating a commercial lease do not hesitate to contact Marc Jacob, throughout the lease negotiation process he along with his assistant Andrea made us feel confident we had a professional and knowledgeable team behind us, great communication coupled with knowledge and experience that was fully utilized on many occasions during the negotiation process left us secure in the knowledge we were well taken care of. To those on the fence about negotiating a lease yourself or hiring an attorney to do so, do not underestimate how difficult understanding and negotiating a lease can be and the potential financial implications, Marc was an unbelievable asset to have on our side and I advise you to get his team on board. Hi residents of Missouri,…read more I just called Marc Jacob, Esq office to discuss and possibly retain him for real estate matters I have as an investor in Missouri. The receptionist or the person that answered the phone asked me if I just want to ask him for free some questions or am I looking to hire him. I said both, I am having tenant issues in one of my SFH and I could use his consultation. She than told me that he is not taking on any new clients. Why did she ask me those questions in the first place if he is not taking on any new clients. It was her tone and she was unprofessional. I would never hire her to answer my phones! I regret I ever called Marc Jacob office.
