Mt daughter had a blow-out and not a lot of time to shop around or wait for a repair. She contacted M&M and they told her to bring it in and they'd take care of her. She changed the tire and dropped it off. The tire wasn't able to be repaired, so they matched the current tires she had (from M&M), changed it out, and had it ready quickly. The customer service is just incredible here. Living a distance away, it makes me much more comfortable knowing a company like M&M is around.

For a travel stop that gets a lot of people coming through, especially travelers and truck drivers, having a clean bathroom makes a big difference. Everything looked like it was being taken care of during our early morning visit. We did not buy any food or spend much time inside since this was strictly a quick fuel and bathroom stop. I have always had issues in there finding someone to help. I can never find anybody to help. I end up asking customers. The majority of customer service that I have encountered there has been very short and unfriendly. The same goes for the pharmacy personnel and many of those are rude. Once when I was at register, clerk stayed on a personal phone call the entire time during the transaction.
