Burgers are fresh & not soggy. Good temp, standard sizes. Fries are hit or miss, but that's par with all Wendy's. When they're on, they're great. If they are a little older like they sat around or older oil, they are still better than many other chains. It isn't the usual design. It shares a building with Tim Horton's. They do well to keep the two lines working though. Don't know of any other Wendy's you can get donuts and designer coffee under the same roof? The Cheesesteak sandwiches were good--maybe a little heavier on the onions than I prefer, but still enjoyable. They're not on the level of Warrio's, but definitely a solid fast-food option. The mac and cheese and chocolate shake were both good as well. The disappointment was my curly fries. They were mostly small end pieces, hard, and clearly not fresh. My husband then noticed the manager discard the remaining fries after filling my order and prepare a fresh batch for the customer behind us, whom she then joined in the dining room. That was frustrating to see. Overall, the food was decent, but when a fast-food meal for two costs more than $30, I expect everyone to receive fresh food--not the leftovers from the fry station while the next customer gets a fresh batch. I hope Arby's can be more consistent in serving the same quality to every customer.
