When I walked in I thought I was walking into my old dorm room. I forgot that this location made the local news circuit because they added a specific type of light to dissuade the use of drugs in the restrooms. It made for an interesting use of the facilities. Don't count on the mirrors to help you make sure you look good. I made my way over to the drink area and got myself a bigger than need be tea and made my way to get a snack as well as to the register area. Customer service here was top notch and I would return again if in the area.

This location is normal size and was very busy. One of the things I like is that they have free air. I had to fill up my tires and it is nice too know that someone cares enough to give everyone free air. I generally only go to Getgo stations. I believe this station also had a car wash and has a free vacuum station. I highly recommend all GetGo stations.

So he stops my pump from working all because I had said I wanted to file a report against him to corporate services. This is not how a store manager/employee should conduct themselves. If someone says they are going to file a report with corporate, they should take the matter seriously, apologize, and make amends to the customer. I got a receipt with a fuel refund I never asked for. If a store wants to keep their customers they needs to act as if their customers are their #1 priority. I had even explained to the manager in the past that I am recovering from illness so I would appreciate it if he stopped harassing me about a Rewards Card. So instead of being emphatic to the situation, the store manager makes the situation worse. People like him have no business working at a seven 11 store whatsoever until they can learn how to conduct themselves professionally. If you are reading this 7 eleven, what happened today was 100% unacceptable. Now I'm sick because of it. I'm never coming back, but I am definitely asking corporate to hear my complaint. The manager banned me from the store because I declined the Rewards Program. That's the truth and I'm standing by that. I am filing serious complaints to the Corporate Head Offices and my attorneys. I can no longer change my own oil and I am particular who I trust to work on my vehicle. I asked Shamey's Service if they could take care of it and they said yes. I received quality, personalized professional service and they impressed me by topping off all fluids and added air as needed! They even pump your gas too!The waiting area is no frills but it reminded me of days gone by. I was even offered a Klondike bar! It is great to find this type of service and value anywhere! I look forward to my next visit for gas or service.
