He quickly looked up the flavor of the day and recommended the Blue Raspberry Gelati, an excellent recommendation might I add. The atmosphere was excellent, very busy, but The Meadows and their employees handled the crowd with ease... my wait time to order and get my treats was less than 5 minutes total, my chocolate cone was fantastic and my Gelati was even better. They have quite an assortment of flavors, but their vanilla and strawberry are excellent. I have to drive a distance with them-( No, I'm not getting them anywhere closer), so I have to ask for 'flat tops' instead of their regular open ones, and they nicely hand me some with well secured lids. Eat in or out , the place is clean, and the people working are quite friendly. A bit pricey compared to other big names, but definitely worth it. Maybe a suggestion, if they could come up with a card for us Frequent flyers who go there often, it would definitely be put to good use.

Lastly we had the eggrolls and again, cooked perfectly - not overly fried or greasy - with so much flavor. The service was super friendly and perfectly paced. So, I showed up at that time and waited outside in a line with about twenty-five people deep and waited 20 minutes and only about five customers were served. I then went inside and hoped they had a line just for special order pickups. No that would have made good business sense. I was able to catch the attention of one of the baristas and asked about the pickup and she said go back outside and get in line. I left because it would have been at least an hour's wait if not more. So, I called and asked the person, when there was a slow time to come in to pick up the package and she stated there are no slow times at Cuties. I then asked her to cancel the package, and she stated no. I mentioned how it stated on the confirmation about coming in at 9 and she stated I was wrong and it was 9 to 5 and hung up the phone. I called back again and asked about the slow time and she stated after 1pm it is a little slower and I mentioned about the 9am pickup time and she said I was wrong and the email stated 9 to 5 and she hung up. See confirmation email below starting at 9am. In summary, I spent $45 to be told by two rude and ignorant teenage baristas that have no clue how a business operates I was wrong when I was correct. To make things worse, I still must pick up the Valentines package and waste another hour of my life. I will never deal with this company again and look forward to the day it goes out of business.
