I paid for it through the app, however, I went inside the store to pick it up. I got some movies and there was a spicy chicken sandwich inside the bag, not my pretzel. This is so much cleaner than the other one in Frostburg, but at least Frostburg gets my orders correct. Everyone makes mistakes; but I will not be back to the Sheetz again.

There was someone hanging around out front, some older guys sitting around Inside talking and relaxing and the store sold all kinds of homemade fresh food in addition to the usual gas station fare. I didn't have much time so I just grabbed a snack and a bottle of water and headed back. I'd be interested to come back here and try some of their fresh food and this place almost feels like going back in time in a good way. As I was leaving a younger guy was blaring classic Southern rock in his car as he stopped to get gas, was the perfect and appropriate ending to trip to this place.

In fact, I'm pretty sure I've stopped her to get gas before and knew about the liquor store but had no idea about the pepperoni roll bakery hidden inside! Pepperoni rolls are near and dear to my heart. They are comfort food from home. I have rarely found them outside of West Virginia so when I visit I pretty much eat a pepperoni roll diet for a week. The pepperoni rolls here are a bit different. They are soft and light and fluffy. Most of the ones I find are made from a thicker bread that's heavy and dense. I find the pepperoni and cheese ratio in these to be perfect. Not too much of any one ingredient. I tried the special of the week which was Crab Rangoon and I wish I didn't--not that it was bad, it just wasn't a real pepperoni roll. Then of course I got a regular one and a jalapeño one. My son got one regular and as we at them in the car he asked if he could have another so I gave him my card and back he went. They were about $4.50 each. Later when we came back through town after going to Blackwater and Douglas Falls, he asked for yet another and of course I obliged. I took mine to Blackwater Falls and ate it there. Nothing like enjoying West Virginia's most iconic waterfall while eating its most iconic food (sorry WV Slaw dogs). The liquor store here is convenient. Prices were only slightly marked up except on one bottle. The distillery and other stores have it for $65-69 and they had it for $110. I would have purchased it for the real retail price. They had a great selection of WV bourbons which was very nice. We will definitely be stopping here now each time we pass through, especially since Hellbenders closed.

It's so many things crammed into one small space. I couldn't even focus. I went and got myself a drink and then to the counter. This has to be a place in this small town that everyone knows everyone, whether you like it or not. The kid working the counter talked to everyone that came in. I finally got my drink and cigarettes and ran out the door. Not that I didn't want to be here, it was just so busy inside.

Week went by and took it in on Monday 11/6/23 and my brother was told 400 everything included in front of his workers..maybe for except for taxes. bring it back Tuesday 11/7/23 Took it in Tues Morning and Chris was out all morning. I wanted to talk with him before repair. I got a call from chris saying the car was repaired and it was $472 far from 400 + taxes maybe 422.00 so where did an extra $50 come from???? I think it's very inappropiate and extremely unprefessional to quote someone and say it's all included and then find out from the bill it was an additional $50. If you have been in business for years one should know what it's going to be charged or within $20. I ask a lady there to have Chris call me to talk about the bill...I never got a call back. It shows how unimportant customers become once he has your money. I think this was very bad business like and I just hope his work is as good as what he charged. Relationships are built on HONESTY !! NOT changing your mind when creating the bill. Thinking about getting it inspected by a "Certified" mechanic. i live in manassas va , my wife was traveling alone she had a flat tire ,i called them to ask them…read moreif they had any used tires , very nice young lady answer the phone and took down my information so she could call me bqck to see if they had that tire available , 15 minutes passed and called me back to let me know they had my size , i sent my wife with my kids there , as soon as she got there was very helpful & great tire , and it took no longer than 20 minutes to get them safely back on the road ! my wife did not have to ask the mechanic to put her spare back where it was , he did it right after replacing the tire ...... i would recommend this place to anyone in need of help sometimes small businesses are the best may god bless them
