We went classic comfort for our inaugural Sheetz meal: chicken tender wraps and a s'mores iced latte. Everything was freshly made, came out fast, and tasted shockingly good for a gas station. Sheetz really leans into that "fast-casual but make it convenient" vibe, and they nail it. The system is simple: order on the screen, grab your receipt, wait for your number to be called then pay. Smooth, efficient, and zero confusion. Plus, the store itself is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Honestly, I think I counted more snack and drink options here than in some actual grocery stores. And the gas prices? Lower than pretty much anything we saw on the Ohio-West Virginia drive. Now -- let me confess my one heartbreak. And if you know me, you know this cut deep. After ordering and paying, I went ahead and created a Sheetz account... and of course, I didn't earn any rewards for the visit. No upload-a-receipt option either. Stopped here to use restroom and for Tony to buy a Pabst Blue Ribbon. Sheetz normally are very clean and friendly. I was happy to see this one in Follansbee on Rt 2 after we crossed out of Steubenville OH. I was sadly disappointed in all respects. Not clean, not friendly and No Pabst. So, Tony settled for Budweiser which he is no longer very fond of. read more

I ordered a cold brew and didn't like it. I wanted a different drink in replacement and the manager said ( in a rude manner) they can't do that for me, I'd have to PAY for another drink. Asked for a refund and she said " it doesn't work that way" I've worked in hospitality for many years and that is not how you handle a simple situation like that. Ridiculous. Very slow. I understand being short staffed but they took forever. They also gave people who ordered after me food first. Very upset.

I stopped by this location on the way to wheeling for business. I was disappointed w the quality of this location opposed to the many other locations. It wasn't as clean the employees weren't friendly and it took awhile to only get a simple order of two basic hot dogs I would understand if it took awhile and the quality was good. The grill had probably 10-15 hot dogs on it, thus I am confused why it took so long to get hot dogs. The two employees were talking and laughing and having fun. That's fine but I was in a hurry and wanted to get in and out of the store. Then the simple hot dogs were rubbery and dried out. I get confused why and how you could screw up dollar hot dogs. Best Sheetz around hands down I'm in here all the time I love this place and the people that work here

Ordered a Cold Brew Float and waited for it. When they said the number for my order it was noisy and couldn't hear my number. My drink sat and then SOME RANDOM LADY took it and started drinking it then soon realized it wasn't hers and set it back(I didn't know it was mine at this time). I waiting a few more minutes and then went and asked about it. THE EMPLOYEE HANDED ME THE SAME DRINK I WATCHED RL TOOK A DRINK OF AND TRIED SERVING ME IT. Never going back to this location, I'd rather drive 5-10 minutes out of my way to go to the Weirton location. They have MUCH better staff there and would've remade the drink for me on the spot. read more

Drinks and food are good, just like most every other chain. It can take awhile to get that food or drink though. Convenient location, pretty easy in and out on to the main road most of the time. read more
