Bathrooms were clean, shelves were stocked, checkout was quick, but this added a huge amount of time to our journey home. Recently they did a teardown and rebuild of this location which still remains on the busy, turnpike alternative, Route 30. Somehow they were able to accomplish making this feel larger. I mean it does not feel anything like the way it did just a few months ago. It is like they elongated the lot. I'm not sure if the number of pumps changed, but they are all in a row which makes it easier to pull in and right up to a pump. Parking is ample and I suggest parking to the one side of the building. Sometimes it makes for an easy entrance. Especially if you are in need of the facilities, which I am while driving through. The facilities are right inside this set of doors. Inside, it feels much like a truck stop. Wider aisles, dedicated area for food ordering/eating, bigger selection. This location is set up with all the new toys, self checkouts included. Selection is great if you are looking for a snack or drink. Employees are great. Always seem to be lively and up for a chat with all the passing people on the highways. Just because you may have bypassed the turnpike doesn't get you out of the competition on the roads.
