Sheetz suffers from Taco Bell Syndrome: you don't want their food unless you're drunk, and then it's the most amazing thing you've ever tasted (at least until tomorrow). Sheetz is also a convenience store and a gas station, and what sets the place apart from from other gas stations/convenience stores is twofold: 1. There are plenty of pumps to choose from, which is wildly convenient, and gas there usually costs a few cents per gallon less than its competitors. 2. The convenience store is FULL of stuff. Candy, beer, beef jerky, wine, chips, magazines, tobacco, and so on -- it's all there. Overall, it's a pretty great place. Ordered by Door Dash. The Dasher was terrific. The food, not so much. Over 30$ in food. Taco salad and taco box. The tacos were burnt and greasy. Imagine that. Top of the tacos burnt and bottoms greasy. Hardly any filling in the tacos. The salad was a major disappointment. Much of the lettuce appeared old. Taco (meat) hard to describe, not in a good way. Waste of money and disappointed people at home. Never again especially at this Sheetz. When a dog won't even try to eat the tacos there's a problem. Nope. Like the worst sheetz tend to ignore you while waiting on a DoorDash order and always take forever

One of my favorite locations slowly getting worse over time. Used to come here all the time for the food and milkshakes, but the service is sub-par at best. You get there and they just have it sitting behind the counter unattended, so you have to go up front to ask, to which you are then told you should be asking the person at the food counter, who does not exist most of the time. If you order food AND a milkshake, you have to specifically ask for both, or they only give you one or the other. There are also particular managers that love to kick people out for "loitering" when people are just sitting in or around their cars eating their food and drinking their drinks that they paid for. They go as far as playing an "anti-loitering" announcement over the PA system saying they will call the cops. It's generally not a good idea to threaten to call the cops for "loitering" when people are paying customers enjoying their meal. Some of the employees are nice. They will let you walk out with a free fountain drink if that is all you're buying. Sadly, this place seems to have a management problem as opposed to an actual worker problem. if I could give this Sheetz a -5 star rating, I totally would. They constantly fail to make the simplest meals. The fact the mac & cheese is five dollars almost and they can't even put the noodles in it beats me. and don't even think about getting sauces. Ohio gas prices are super high compared to WVA, Virginia and North Carolina. It's about $.20 more per gallon. Luckily, I had my usual .03 off plus a .05 off additional for something I bought previously. That made it more in line. I also had to change pumps as the card reader was blocked and wouldn't take my card. read more

This is a great gas station! Convenient location, tons of pumps to choose from, good prices, always clean outside (trash maintained, etc). The car wash is really nice as well. A very unproblematic experience every time. I usually don't go inside, but whenever I have, it's been great. The made to order food is awesome. The bathrooms are always super clean. The selection is extensive. I love Sheetz in general, but they aren't all created equally. I come to this location once a week at least! read more

Stop through for gas and quick bites to eat a lot. Good for easy and fast foods, healthy too if you want(fruits, yogurts, sandwiches), of course ordering from the POS is always good too. Sometimes the food takes a little while, so make sure you're not in a super rush, always made right though. Also good selection of drinks as well. read more

It's the gas station I go to when I don't have fuel perks from giant eagle, if you have a sheetz card you automatically get 3 cents off per gallon, and the M*T*O food is pretty decent. read more

Sheetz is a nice gas station that has a huge convenient store with many items. You can order their hot made-to-order food, some of it is not that bad for a gas station. They have a larger selection of convenient store items than other gas stations. read more

I want to preface this by saying that I love the made to order coffee. Ive gotten one almost everyday for the past 4 years. I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. I even know the measurements for it. It's a nice alternative to Starbucks. I usually go to the whipple store but every so often I visit this one because it's less out of the way. 8 of 10 times that I stop here they screw up my coffee. I get the same thing every time and always with the extra espresso. It ends up being flavored milk with ice. There was even a time where my espresso found its way into my kids iced chai. And it's not like it's a new person or anything. It's the same people I've seen for the past 4 years. There is a newer cashier who is unbelievably rude and completely uninterested in the customers. Being in the service industry myself I know how important customer service is and customers relations are the highest focus. Now the manager is awesome. He's always friendly and in a good mood. Has no problem fixing my order when it's wrong. The fact is my order shouldn't be wrong as often as it is. It's frustrating and annoying. I am a busy single mom I don't usually have the extra time to wait for my drink to be fixed. This being a corporate store the standards and recipes are universal across the board. I will not be stopping at this one anymore. I end up having to either argue with the person who made it or go to the whipple store. This is the only sheetz I have this problem with read more
