I normally don't review places like this but I'm impressed with the customer service! They messed up a sandwich we ordered and we went back fully expecting to be rebuying the sandwich and just eating the loss but they were incredibly nice and apologetic and let us keep the sandwich while remaking the correct one! This place seems to be the local high schools weekend hang out spot. Lots of engine revving and kids asking the customers to buy them beer. It's a little frustrating but kids will be kids and at least they aren't out in the woods doing drugs. Have to look at the positives! read more

This is a brand new Sheetz in South Fayette (Bridgeville exit off of I-79) across the street from the New Dragon Express Chinese restaurant, and at the entrance to Bursca Business Park. Everything is nice and new, and they have a lot of healthy-ish food and drink items (if you look for them (see my photos for suggestions)). I was sad to see that they do not carry Honest Tea (I thought most Sheetz stores carried that brand of organic drink, or at least they used to). I really don't eat much convenience or fast-food, but I played around with the touch screen ordering device to see what was available. I think I found a flaw in the system ... I could order a burger with guacamole, but couldn't add a side of guacamole to fries or even Jalapeño poppers (a little disappointing). The employees were very nice, and friendly. If I need some fast+ convenience food, I would come back. The best thing about this Sheetz ...?!?!! The price of gas in the area has dropped significantly, as it seems GetGo and this Sheetz are now in a price war ... prices dropped like 20~30 cents a gallon since this place opened .... I have been stopping for gas and food at Sheetz since their inception in Duncansville, PA. Very clean, well lit, always stocked and they led the fight for our beer. Food is always made to order and very edible, with a good variety. Actual construction of the sandwich, to me has been a problem since day one, many, many years ago. The ingredients on a hoagie bun ALWAYS was put into the bun but rather on the bun hanging way out, forcing you to reconstruct your sandwich or face a mess in your car, while attempting to consume it. Last night, after a Monster Truck Event at PPMS....we stopped at the new Bridgeville Sheetz for food. My daughter, son, grandson and I ordered a variety of MTO Food. Meat Ball struck my fancy. I ordered it with Provolone, Parmesan Cheese and Non Toasted. When we got back in the car and started to eat, as I unwrapped my sandwich, meatballs were falling in my lap. It was though you took a bun, laid meatballs, sauce and cheese on top of them, then wrapped it tight. It seems this is the way they make their sandwiches. How long would it take to, open a bun, put meatballs IN IT, lay on some cheese and close the bun? This would make a more edible and less messy alternative while eating your sandwich on the run as 99-44/100 of people DO! Also, you can't look up your Sheetz Card while checking out as you can at GetGo, so no physical card or phone you loose and can not redeem points. By the way, GetGo does construct their sandwiches properly for a more enjoyable and less messy meal. Most GetGo and Sheetz are practically side by side in most areas. Stopped at Drive through for frozen drink and sub. Asked for a small amt whipped topping for my old dog who just came from Vets in Pgh and who was very sick. I got told "we dont do that " and had a hard time just getting a plastic spoon so I could give Iggy some of my whipped topping. Wont ever go back there. Shame on you! I will make sure my family avoids this Sheetz like the Plague. Hope this was worth it read more

This is the new Sheetz in Bridgeville and I couldn't be happier. I've always been a Sheetz fan over wawa and getgo. This location is bringing the heat of what every grab and go gas station should be. It's the same Sheetz the people already know and love but just redesigned the inside to be much more friendly and welcoming and modern. The staff here are super nice and friendly and fast. My first trip was in the morning before any major traffic could crowd up the area. This place could be a total nightmare depending on the time of day because it just opened and everyone wants to check it out. On top of all that since they just opened there gas is so incredibly low and cheap to fish people in that every gas station in the area is having to drop there prices to even come close to the traffic Sheetz is getting. One thing to mention is I don't eat to much fast food but also I glanced over the menu and there seems to be a bit of food for everyone and it seems Sheetz has jumped on the plant based meat train. Overall I'm pumped this is in the area now on top of how nice it is. I'll definitely be returning in the near future. read more

This is literally the worst sheetz. the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes to get 2 drinks??? absolutely absurd. the male cashier was very rude and not apologetic at all. we went through the drive thru for a fast experience, we received the complete opposite. waste of money for awful service and terrible food. read more

I am very happy with there finally being a Sheetz so close to where I live. I love their made to order food and my favorite thing there is the Kona Mocha drink. However, I have gotten the drink many times and every time there is a bunch of ice at the bottom. It would be so much better if the drink was completely blended and it would then be worth the money. That's really my only complaint. Other than that it's a fantastic fun pace overall. read more

I've never reviewed a convenience store before, but I felt this one warranted a comment or two. This is still a shiny new store. Yesterday was the third--and final--time I've stopped there. I think it should be considered a federal disaster area, as I've never seen such a messy, broken down new place. I twice decided on a Diet Coke, and twice the Diet Coke nozzle splattered the product all over the surrounding counter AND ME. The first time, I pointed it out to an employee who was in the vicinity, so naturally, the second time I stopped, I assumed it would've been repaired. NOOOO!! Same experience, same results. Both times, it didn't appear that there had been ANY attempt to have cleaned up the resultant mess in a long while. Today, I stopped much earlier and was going to get coffee. One of the 2 creamer dispensers was...broken, maybe? There was a nozzle missing. There was NO half and half available, and there was other creamer splattered all around the dispenser. There was sugar strewn all around the sugar dispensers. Was no one employed here ever taught how to wipe up?? I decided that the same lack of cleanliness likely spread to the coffee machines as well, so I left coffee-less. I've NEVER been in a Sheetz that's this much of a sty. Yuck. read more

They messed up our food order. I'm not sure what is so hard about checking an order before you give it to a customer. We were missing food items along with our specialty coffee being messed up. This was very disappointing. I go to the Sheetz in Monroeville and on Steubenville Pike on a regular basis and never have these issues. They really need to consider a management change at this location. It is very appearant that this store is not up to the standards established by Sheetz. read more

Just got home from this sheetz qnd I can say it wasn't worth the trip. I ordered fries, Mac and cheese bits, and popcorn chicken tossed in buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. Once I paid for for my food the cashier asked if I would like my receipt and responded "yes please" to which he said "have a goodnight." I know it's not that big a deal but didn't seem to care about a paying customer was too busy doing cleaning up. Then once I get my food I went home to realize they tossed my chicken in ranch and gave me ranch on the side with no sign of buffalo sauce. Food was good though read more
