This location wasn't far from the highway and right next to some retail, noticeably next to a Walmart. This is your typical Sheetz setup that we have all been accustom to recently. Decent amount of pumps to do a quick fuel run and more than enough parking if you need to just do a Sheetz run. There are Tesla chargers here if that's your thing. Inside I was pleasantly surprised that they still had the fresh brewed iced tea and not one of those dispensers. I tapped the screen a few times and ordered myself some breakfast sandwiches to take on with me for the rest of my road trip. Prior to leaving I made sure to stretch my legs outside before getting back on the road. It was a warm day, and being morning it was a nice break before getting back into my vehicle.

It feels pared down, but it also feels as if it fits in perfectly for the area. It is constantly busy, there was a steady flow of people here, it was hard to find a place to park let alone a pump to get gas. What complicates this area a little more is that there is a car wash right behind the Sheetz. As far as I can tell, it is not owned by Sheetz. In order to access the car wash you need to drive through the Sheetz parking lot. On top of that, when everyone wants a car wash I am sure this is probably a horrible place to be. Inside I made my rounds. Used the facilities, super clean. Browsed the shelves for a snack, they were aplenty. Grabbed a drink from the cooler, make sure to pay attention to pricing, sometimes there are deals. Made my way to pay and this was one of the most pleasant interactions I had all day. The lady behind the counter was so chipper and greeted everyone as if she knew every single person that walked in here.

This particular location of Sheetz is open 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. It has some tables inside and outside, and it has ATMs. I easily found a parking spot. Inside the store, my husband found a beverage and candy to buy. The checkout process was quick and accurate. Prices were reasonable.

This location by far was the cleanest and best organized one we have been to in West Virginia. Another bonus was that there was not anybody leering at us while we charged our car. Unfortunately, some of the locations which are in more remote areas often have people parking gasoline-powered cars in the super charging spots in order to inconvenience customers who have electric vehicles, which is a real shame and just pathetic. I'd love it if the corporation did more to prevent this childish behavior and keep their customers safe. Kudos to this location for fostering friendly service, without the bad attitude. Everything was very clean and well organized inside, and the very polite lady who helped us at the checkout counter was super friendly and helpful. We will preferentially use this as a site to charge when we are routed through Morgantown for any of our road trips in the future.
