Hours are great too and we can always seem to find an appointment that works for our schedules as long as we call a couple weeks in advance. I found K9 Grooming through Yelp and I'm so glad I did. We drive 30 minutes to get here and I won't lie, the salon is pricey. It usually costs me around $300 with trip for a standard Aussie and mini Aussie regular groom. But it is absolutely worth it. My dogs are my babies. We have a 6-year-old Aussie we've had since he was a puppy, and we recently added our rescue mini Aussie who is now 8. Our rescue has extreme anxiety from her past trauma, including living in a hoarding situation. The team here treats both of our dogs like family. I've never once worried about the way they're cared for. The salon is spotless. Anytime I walk into a grooming place that smells like urine or feces or is chaotic with constant barking, it's an instant red flag for me. K9 Grooming is completely different. It's clean, calm, and you can even watch your dogs being groomed so there's no mystery about how they're treated. Recently our neighbor warned us about fleas in the area, so I called K9 as a concerned pet mom. They were so helpful. They told me they'd start with a regular bath and, if they found any fleas, they'd do the treatment and call us so we could prep the house. Sure enough, they found a few a went forward with the flea bath. They provided me with helpful information and next steps. I sincerely appreciate the level of care, transparency, and customer service the staff provide. I could never take my dogs anywhere else after coming here.

do not recommend grooming angels for any cat grooming services. unfortunately i can't attest to the…read morequality, because they refused to groom my cat. i took her in twice and both times they called back within the hour to tell me to pick her up. my cat is definitely stubborn and finicky, but she is not aggressive and will sit for a groom if she HAS to. the first time they called me about 45 minutes after i dropped her off and told me she wasn't in the mood to be groomed. when i picked her up, i noticed multiple other cats in the grooming area "watching" her. of course she didn't want her stomach shaved in front of other cats!!! so, we rescheduled for the first appointment of the day when there would be no other cats. my partner dropped her off and he received a call not even 10 full minutes after dropping her off that she didn't want to me groomed. when he went back to pick her up, he saw multiple dogs wandering around the dog grooming area, barking loudly in view of my cat. they just really do not seem to understand cats at all. many cats are highly private, territorial, and defensive. WHY they could have a cat groomed directly next to multiple animals AND why they would call back within 10 minutes shocks me!!! 10 minutes feels like they didn't even attempt it :/

She was easy to talk to and able to bathe "Tofu" on short notice. When I came to pick Tofu up, she told me that she held off on trimming his nails because he seemed nervous. I appreciate her noticing this and waiting for me. I love the smell of the shampoo she uses and look forward to the new, fun bandana she puts on him every time. My cat was not properly rinsed and her hair is oily and stringy looking only 4 hours after I picked her up. She also appears to have a minor abrasion from the clippers that I was not informed of.
