He communicated very well exactly when he would be here and he let me know when he was heading my way. When he got here, I had 3 different jobs for him and he knocked them out in 1/3 of the time it would have taken me. I usually do all my own sprinkler repair but these few things seemed like a pain in the butt for me to do and he knocked them out quickly and did an excellent job. When I called the owner to address what had happened he got defensive and rude rather than opening with an apology. He then offered to come fix it, but based on other reviews, I'm glad I did not decide to take him up on it. Owners only retort was that I was treating him like he was a "crack dealer". Strange statement to make which immediately left me cautious instead of calmed. Rule #1 when a mistake is made in business: Apologize if you are wrong, express empathy and offer a rapid quality solution. Simple Smart Solution
