Old hickory is nothing but a scam and the contractors that work for them are just as bad we bought…read morea custom building back in 2024 they lied to us about the building being ready and then 4 weeks later they delivered it and didn't even level it they dropped it off the trailer and the driver told me that they don't level them and drove off and damaged the building and then sent a 1/2 ass repair man out and made the damage worse and then it started leaking and he got more of the silicon on the siding then in the gap i went as far as i could up their corporate chain and it still took 7 months for them to come out and level it like the contract says they do and they sent the guy that delivered it back out and took him a day and still didn't level it so they sent another guy out that got it level and they decided it needed repainted because of all the damage that was done and they painted it but had to come back out to finish 3 months later and then they do a 1/2 ass job repainting it and dripping paint all over and smearing it all over and then paints the door hinges and then leaves 1/2 the trim still unpainted and i finely got fed up with his attuited and told him to get off my property and called the corporate guy iv been dealing with and yes i get hot headed and blew and told them I'm getting a lawyer i just want this thing gone and my money back

We closed the widow in the fall and this year we haven't been able to open it. We called and left messages and were informed to see if it was covered under the warranty. To me this is just bad for business. A company that only cares about selling and not customer satisfaction. Next we move on to the building itself. The door is not aligned. Off center. They put screws through the ceiling exposed so you best be careful that you don't cut yourself. I give this company a ZERO. Cheap materials, inexperienced salesman.
