With Ace Carting, while the customer service reps were polite, they frequently seemed to be in the dark about scheduling matters, such as weather delays, and there were a number of missed pickups. With CV Waste Removal, I have been able to call and get correct information from people who know the answers or will find out. So far, so good, and based on what I have seen, I would recommend CV Waste over the larger companies, like Ace.

We had a bad ignition in our used boat, but since it had been purchased there 5 years ago they went out of there way to help us. But instead all 4 service guys put their heads together and rewired another ignition to make it work on our boat. We are now fishing happily on our boat instead of it being dead in the water for 2-3 months! Thank you EZ Marine for your help! Oh and Missy and the rest of the staff who help schedule storage and sell boating items (think of a small West Marine, but you don't have to drive to Albany!) are super as well. BTW - if you call and don't get a response right away, leave a message or go to shop in person. They serve such a huge area and have so many clients you can't expect them to pick up the phone all the time. You can also do all your storage scheduling online?
