She then explained that it would be a "waste of time" for her if we didn't adopt. She then went on and told us that it was unneeded stress on her and would take away from her work needs. We had viewed the cats online already, and simply wanted to know their personalities prior to adoption. It's so sad that this woman wouldn't let this happen. There were also multiple other employees around, so we weren't taking her away from anything crazy. We didn't catch her name, but she had heavy eye makeup, like a wing eyeliner, and pink-short hair.

As of 5/19/2025 I have reached out to the store for the owner to discuss and no where in sight and new owner who took over store stopped this discount even when the corporate allows it! So with that being said the new owner does care about veterans!!! I have left my number to be reached with the store!
