I have been asked to not return to a couple of groomers because his attitude. I've taken him to Dapper Dog for about 2 to 3 years now and he actually enjoys getting groomed now. He always looks great when he comes out too. Having said that, I know Dapper Dog is not the cheapest groomer in town, but the fact that they handle my basket case of a mini Schnauzer without complaint, it's worth every penny.

So that being said when i tried calling a lil before 4 and no one answered i was in panic mode and when arriving at 4olclock i found a note on the door stating that they closed at 230 that day and my dog was already nestled in for bed and i could pick him up in morning at 730 am . I was frantic. I sat in the parking lot for 2 hours trying to find the owners number out online. I messaged on facebook and finally got a number to call her on , so after telling her i would pretty much do anything if i could have my dog back she called me bk to tell me she found a worker that lived out of town and would meet me at a certian time and said she prolly would appreciate a cash tip for her troubles. When arriving to get my dog i was charged i do believe 130.00 . I was so glad and relieved to have my dog back i gave her my every single dollar i think i gave the gal maybe 10 to 12 xtra for the trouble and left. When i asked why so much she said bc he was matted so badly. I said nothing more bc at that point i wanted nothing more then to have my dog back and i litterally gave them my every last dollar. I will say they do a great job but i feel the whole situation i had wrong in my part and i feel they did as well. Hopefully we both learned something from this , i know i did.
