Shear Utopia is a diamond in the rough! I went here after a friend referred me to them for my outdoor wedding and reception up do's as we had them on separate days. Shannon was absolutely amazing my hair held up the whole time both days in this 90° plus weather, and it was absolutely gorgeous! The staff is very sweet and friendly, I really enjoy going there. My first visit although I live very close. My Hair Salon closed so I was looking for a replacement. So glad I did. The place is adorable with tables and chairs outside .Inside is immaculate . I started going to this salon over a year ago. I enjoy the ambiance and each lady is personable. I usually like to get my front highlights retouched and blow dry/ flat ironed. I was hesitant at first because I am of Puerto Rican race and have lots of long thick hair. I don't trust many salons with my hair due to service and prices. I feel comfortable with the ladies here. They do their best and they show they care (not to mention they are truthful; not just trying to make $). My highlights always come out amazing and the conversation is good. There are many reasons why I love Shear Utopia, but one reason stands out among the rest. It really is a place where "you get your money's worth". I will never visit another high-end salon again (and I've been to many). You get both the high quality products and the experienced stylist that those high-end, expensive salons offer, but it's afforable!
