Wendy asked me what kind of products I was using and filled me in on what was and wasn't good for my skin. The bed was heated and I really enjoyed it. My skin was dry and the products she used really moisturized it and plumped it up (in a good way). After that, we went through my makeup stash. There was no judgement. She asked what I hoped to get out of using that product and why it was good (or not) for my skin. I had her teach me how to apply my makeup (see the comment above about not being a girlie girl). After asking multiple times for a copy. I wasn't even sure if I had an active membership. After reaching out to this massage envy multiple times and the customer service being terrible, the room being dirty.
