Wendy asked me what kind of products I was using and filled me in on what was and wasn't good for my skin. The bed was heated and I really enjoyed it. My skin was dry and the products she used really moisturized it and plumped it up (in a good way). After that, we went through my makeup stash. There was no judgement. She asked what I hoped to get out of using that product and why it was good (or not) for my skin. I had her teach me how to apply my makeup (see the comment above about not being a girlie girl). I don't like to spend lots of time on that, so I told her, and she gave me the short version of what to do. Overall, it was a great, relaxing, and informative experience and I will be returning. There's an issue with my profile that the staff is unable to resolve. The only solution this location gave me was to create a new email (completely unnecessary for a massage membership) I never received a copy of my membership contact after signing up over the phone. After asking multiple times for a copy. I wasn't even sure if I had an active membership. After reaching out to this massage envy multiple times and the customer service being terrible, the room being dirty. I decided to cancel my "maybe active" membership, when I asked for a cancellation confirmation the manager stated I would not receive any cancellation notice. The masseuse Mariah does amazing work!
