I have curly hair and most hairstylists can't cope with it. Sandra cut it perfectly and as importantly managed to perfectly match my roots the first time she did my hair. The prices (at least to a Toronto person) are beyond reasonable. The salon is always crazy insanely busy - so if you want an appointment May to Sept - book at least one week ahead if not more. No voice mail so if line busy - keep trying. Not the most relaxing experience due to busyness - but excellent cuts/colours etc with lovely people at very reasonable prices!!! read more

Unfortunately, on my last visit, I was berated in front of all the other customers by the owner. She was telling me to follow their procedures for any future appointments. I was puzzled by her remarks because she had personally accepted my reservation 2 weeks prior. At that time I had not requested any particular service provider. I arrived on time for my appointment and again, made no request for any particular service provider. Curiously, the owner scolded me for not making a specific request. I have never been discourteous or demanding of any staff and was disappointed by the embarrassment I felt at being spoken to by the owner in full view of all other customers. I will not return to this establishment.
