Unfortunately, on my last visit, I was berated in front of all the other customers by the owner. She was telling me to follow their procedures for any future appointments. I was puzzled by her remarks because she had personally accepted my reservation 2 weeks prior. At that time I had not requested any particular service provider. I arrived on time for my appointment and again, made no request for any particular service provider. Curiously, the owner scolded me for not making a specific request. I have never been discourteous or demanding of any staff and was disappointed by the embarrassment I felt at being spoken to by the owner in full view of all other customers. I will not return to this establishment.

Part of the reason it took so long was because a very nice young girl who hardly spoke English started my pedicure and she was doing a great job. They got busy so the young girl was pulled to do another pedicure while a young man came out from the back to finish mine. He touched both of my big toe nails, ruining the great job the young girl had done. He proceeded to redo them but did not put a clear coat on first and these 2 nails look quite unprofessional compared to the others the young girl did for me. They charged me $40 which I think was okay but never having had one before, I'm not entirely sure. Not sure I would return to this location.

The girl told me to come back at 2pm and she would fix it. It was about 12pm at this time. I waited around for 2 hours and when I came back at 2pm another girl told me that the initial girl who told me to come back 2pm has left and no one else could fix my nail. If you don't want to do just one nail they could have told me that and not told me to wait TWO HOURS just to not do it in the end.
