I'm not sure what happened, but I think my stylist, Carrie, may have been overbooked for the day. My appointment started almost 30 mins late, then felt very rushed the whole time. The end result is that my new bob is what I would consider a botched cut. One side is longer than the other, there are random chunks too long, the back is uneven, one side looks like an asymmetrical cut even though I specifically asked that it not be asymmetrical... You get the drift. When my hair is curled it's not too obvious, but when I straightened my hair today it looks terrible. Sadly, I will have to pay for a cut somewhere else to have this fixed. My color looks nice, thankfully. The atmosphere was nice and it's possible my hair would've ended up fine if the schedule wasn't so packed. From what I've heard about the salon and other stylists, this is probably not normal for this salon, but I wouldn't go back.
