Initial quote was $110.00 for highlights and an eyebrow wax. By the end the bill had escalated to $245.00 plus tip!!!!! To be clear about expectations the stylist, "Alexis" was provided a photo of the last time her hair was done. Photos are attached as a picture is worth a million words. The salon manager is "Teri" and she has yet to resolve the overbilling situation in its entirety. She wants to assess an additional charge to "Fix" her hair. What?????????? She also was supposed to call the following day to remedy the situation. And now the latest is she will call on Wednesday???? Again what???????
