At first the person I spoke to said they would not be able to get me in until the weekend, which was a few days away. I let her know that I had a Gift Certificate and all of a sudden they had no openings and I got the runaround and was told the manager would call me back to set up an appointment. I called two more times and no one ever called back. The certificate expired and I was never able to redeem my certificate. I do not know if the services are good or bad, but the customer service would be rated a -10 from me. I get my nails done about every two weeks - their loss. I have told everyone I know NOT to use their services.
