Cox Health physical therapy was backlogged for over a month at the onset of her condition, which was unacceptable. I took her to Cherry Health Center. We highly recommend Cherry Health because the entire staff, from front desk to the therapists, were very professional, courteous, and prompt in treating her sciatic pain. After 24 treatments over a 3-month period, she is 90% back to pain free. Her therapists gave her a daily exercise routine to maintain and improve even more. A special thanks goes to Mattheo and Zack!

Which for a low income family is Amazing and I think chiropractor care it a must and I loved the care my daughter was receiving!! But unfortunately when I went to one of our appointments. Like usual I walked in checked in had our usual care went to check out and that's when I was hit with the payment of 102$. I was confused because insurance covers it. Well apparently they stopped taking our insurance and didn't have decency to email or call me to give me a warning that they no longer accept our insurance. Which in my opinion is ridiculous due to the fact that they pre book all you appointments!! So yea dont recommend this office very unprofessional!

I'm very ill and old, he thought I didn't know what was going on.! My mind is as sharp a tack!!! He stood behind the bed where I was seated for treatment..... where I couldn't see him at all , the entire time, and did nothing to me !!! no treatment!!! just quietly stood behind me, without speaking one word or explaining why we're not giving treatments to me!! VERY CREEPY!!! He left me sitting on the treatment bed with my back to him, spoke not a word and gave no kind of treatment and then said we're finished.!!! of course I never went back!! He did charge my insurance company!! I quietly left. Following that , they called constantly wanting my new Insurance CardI. I refused. Telling them. I'll give it when I come in.. That wasn't good enough for them!!!. They called repeatedly day after day, saying they'd like to have it now because they like to be ready when I come.i refused. That went on many times before they finally quit calling me.!! I know he was filing false insurance claims on me and didn't have my new insurance information , because he was not doing any treatment at all.! That is why they kept begging for my New Insurance Card.. And,,standing behind me and the machine with my back to him, seated on the treatment bed, waiting for treatment.. when he suddenly said that that's all!!! He never touched me with hands or any treatment any kind BUT I WAS CHARGED!! im going to report him even after many months of not going to him!! he will totally take advantage of any potential patient and abuse the elderly when he thinks they are not alert or all knowing!! I am elderly and totally qualified for elderly abuse! I'm not leaving this world without telling the truth about this fraudulent dishonest man. I would never call him a doctor again. !!I Wonder if he really is. But he has learned an evil tactic that many have got gotten by with and he has so far gotten by with thievery with the insurance company of mine.! Probably many others. Because.,,, that is what he does!! Next, is to report him to the Attorney General! And to spread the news all over town about this unscrupulous man! I was very well known in Springfield and very active in the Chamber of Commerce and other Civic matters, Winning many races against well-known banks and realtors when selling Chamber of Commerce memberships. I have many newspaper articles and pictures of myself beating banks City Utilities and Carol Jones, now deceased, a wonderful well know realtor. Just so you know who I am I would still be known by many people. It's just that most of them have died now.! and I look forward to seeing many of them soon in Heaven!!! I hope Springfield , Mo finds out that a man who calls himself Dr Short has a perfect name!! Because he is short on anything ethical and honest!! he is 'short' in every ethical area of business and practice there is, ripping off the insurance companies as long as he isn't stopped, as well as cheating elderly people and maybe others as long as he gets by with it!
