After explaining that I would be in a wedding the next day, Dr. Ryan adjusted me in a manner that left me in very little pain and able to function in heels for over 14 hours the next very next day! Around this time, I also scheduled myself for a massage with Michelle, it was she recommended I discuss my TMJ issues with Dr. Ryan, as she noticed a significant amount of tension in my jaw. I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not he'd be able to help as 10 years ago, I was told by an orthodontic surgeon that the only way to fix my TMJ-caused migraines was by breaking my jaw, re-aligning it, and spending six weeks with my mouth wired shut. But helped he has! In two session, Dr. Ryan has done absolute WONDERS for my jaw. The adjustments are a tad uncomfortable (as it almost feels like being punched in the face), but the instant relief is well worth it. I never realized the amount of tension and pain I've had in my jaw until it was gone.
