Maite works on a full payment basis. In March,2021 we decided to invest our savings trusting Maite and giving her the full contract payment with the promise we will have our beautiful designs ready in 3-4 months. We promptly respond all the questions and completed all the questionary. After 3 months of not hearing anything about Maite and the design we start contacting them. Ana which is the person in charge to make all the excuses and gain time, (she is very creative by the way) start gaining time. We were told that we will have the presentation in 2 weeks, but nothing happened, not even a phone call to let us know that the meeting was cancelled. After 45 days of that conversation we had our 1st presentation, that presentation looked like very poorly done, with bad quality renders (I heard later that the actual designer was overseas and Maite only does a final touch, which in our case she didn't have the time do make them) made it. There were none of the great Maite ideas that she talked about in the first meeting. There were many of the rooms missing as well. I took a full day to write my detailed review, room by room, with pictures and renders made by myself. After another 45 days we heard that they are working on the presentation. (August 20th, 2021) But nothing happen until October 26,th. They setup a new meeting and they keep us waiting and nobody showed up. After that things got really intense and we requested a in person meeting with the whole team. They came and basically they showed us the same as before and at this point we decided to finish the project asap and get things done. Today December 22th, 2021, we don't have a list of furniture to buy, colors palette to paint walls, elevations to fabricate furniture....we have nothing, zero. They don't reply emails, and when you call, more excuses....... Conclusion, make yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
