Cutting Edge Painting provided outstanding service and results every step of the way: * communicative about what days they would be there (around some crazy weather) * on time and every painter was polite with each interaction * checked in when they arrived each morning to see if we had questions or concerns * pressure washed with a nontoxic solution to save our extensive landscaping and protect our pets * every painter took great care and detail to mask and tape our windows, doors, and hardware carefully, as well as doing the actual painting very carefully and with attention to detail * Nathan helped refine our garage door color when we were undecided, and his recommendation was perfect During every step to the beautiful final result, Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. Highly recommended!

I would also like to thank Anna and Mike (office manager project manager) for scheduling and coordination. Like Bergen said, "We won't sell you what you don't need." This is true! I appreciated everyone's honesty and expertise. I'm very particular: Mike and German ensured to carry-out my detailed instructions--and they delivered! Flying Colors Painting Company was highly recommended to me by a fellow neighbor and friend in my neighborhood. I liked the quality and attention to detail FCPC delivered to my friend's house. FCPC has been in business for 44 years and they're local! I support local businesses whenever possible. My FCPC experience started off with the estimate. Bergen took accurate measurements and did the necessary calculations. In this inflated economy, I didn't mind paying the asking price because I knew I was going to get a good quality repair and paint job. A few months later, the house was pressure washed. DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests. I met with lead painter, German and communicated to him the fine details and personal touches I wanted to be done. German, Miguel, Pascual and Miguel are very skilled painters. The painting process lasted four days. I am very pleased with the quality of the work product of the estimator, pressure washers, carpenters and painters. I highly recommend FCPC! After reviewing the estimates and talking to different painters, I landed on Oly Painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The hardest part of the project was selecting the color. Once we did that, we scheduled the paint job. Sache said it would take 3-4 days, and he was dead on. Every day he would check in in the morning and let me know what he was going to do and at the end of the day he let me know what was done. Excellent communication. Walls were painted wonderfully and all the nicks and dings of 25 years of use were fixed. Definitely pleased. I would definitely use Sache again to do my painting...maybe it won't be 25 years next time.

From the project management/coordination level (Josh and Marcus) to the project lead (Billy), communication was great. I'm also grateful they were able to make scheduling work during a busy time, which I know was a solid effort on their part. After painting, when we noticed some things that needed correction, they came out quickly and made sure we were happy, truly prioritizing quality and meeting the high expectations that we had. The end result was excellent. With this level of responsiveness and high standard for customer satisfaction, I would highly recommend OPC.
