I had a lovely session with Courtney at her beautiful, light filled studio in Downtown Riverside on…read morea Saturday morning in July 2026 and I was completely blown away. I requested a private session in hopes of connecting with my father who died relatively young and unexpectedly in 2005. The love and peace that came through in the session was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I'm generally very open, but agnostic, about spirituality, so I went in without expectations. I came away believing that Courtney is the real deal (not that I ever doubted!) because she communicated things that there's no way she could have ever known unless she was in touch with my dad's energy or spirit. I left feeling so at peace and have continued to have a lingering sense of well being where my dad's death is concerned that I haven't felt before in the last 21 years since his death. If you are considering any of Courtney's offerings through Salt & Sage, I would highly recommend.

Shana is more than a life saver, she's also a business saver!…read more When I first contacted Shana, I was running a small business in California that desperately needed leadership coaching. I had started my company when I was 27 and had little to no leadership experience. We were successful but I felt that we could have done a lot better if we all were able to communicate better and support each other more. Now, I run a food business, in CT. Again, we are growing at a rapid rate and it's important to build our business with strong leadership and open communication. Shana was the first person I turned to when I realized that we needed a coach again. Over the course of a couple months, she's helped my business partner and I understand each other and how we perceive issues and communicate. We also understand our different skills and are learning to incorporate that into our assigned tasks. We still have a lot to learn from Shana and from ourselves but I'm definitely happy that I reached out again. I can say that Shana will be around for a long time to come. As we grow, she'll be right there beside us, helping us lead the way.

Less than a year ago I felt worthless and like I didn't matter, no one would love me and I'd end up alone. Today I cut ties with a toxic toxic sociopath who brought me down daily. I feel empowered motivated and strong. I know now what I worth and what I deserve. I have had bouts of depression and have tried to withdraw from coaching but Shana does not let you fire her she helps you though the darkest times in your life. Less than a year ago I felt like my world was stuck in a cycle of abuse and just today I told Shana how much I deserve and how much I'm worth to myself. It would not have been possible to get here without her. She is my ROCK & I thank God daily for her being in my life.

I then moved to Riverside and my San Diego HC therapist felt bad about my long drives, but its not easy finding someone you have a connection with, especially when this type of session is very intimate any you need to feel completely comfortable with the other person giving the treatment. I tried my best looking for a local place closer to Riverside. I tried multiple Hydro Colon Therapist and was about to give up and continue driving to San Diego. Then one day I saw a Groupon for "Healing Ways Spa," I called the number and had a very knowledgeable conversation with Terry, the therapist. When I met Terry she was very welcoming and by far I've had my best Hydro Colon Therapy sessions with Terry and I've been getting these treatments for almost 20 years now. Just know, no matter how amazing the HC therapist is, you may not always release on your first session. Hence why I NEVER "JUST DO ONE." I always do a series of 3 as back to back as possible and I've had my best sessions when I've been juicing for at least 3 days prior to my session and continue to juice while I'm going through my series.
