He's the franchisee for this location, and he was very flexible and accommodating to come to my home himself for windshield chip repair the following morning, and had a colleague, Chris with him who was equally personable. Peter texted when he was on the way, was very personable, professional, and efficient in doing the repairs, and all at a fair price. He shared some windshield replacement numbers with me, and I was surprised how reasonable replacement would be if ever needed - much less than I expected. I will definitely call Peter again when in need of anything auto glass related, and highly recommend him for anyone needing windshield chip repair or replacement! It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son.
