First visit to this restaurant... food is ok I ordered a falafel sandwich and they charged me extra to get lettuce on my sandwich instead of cabbage... tahini was as thick as water.... also I ordered a beef shawarma sandwich and they charged me extra when I asked for extra onion... AND they charged me 10% extra as a service charge 2nd time I was there I placed an order to go and this time also they charged me 10% extra for service charge... I told the cashier I am not dining in so why the extra 10% for service charge? I am taking the food out so you should not charge me 10% extra? She said the extra 10% service charge applies for all orders either dine in or take out... I canceled my order and left.... this was the only restaurant I ever visited in the Philippines that charges service charge... I think the owner is a very greedy person and have no business understanding to charge this extra charge in the first place and I think it's very stupid to charge the extra charge on to go orders... I will never visit this restaurant again and I don't recommend dealing with greedy owner as this owner. read more
