I think you can easily have rainbow food in Lebanon Express. I have to say, one of the most underrated aspects of the way they wrap shawarmas here is that they pre-mix all the toppings, sauces, and meat in a bowl prior to adding it to the bread, so that each bite you get a bit of everything. Overall, it tastes quite good and is very pleasant. In terms of taste, the plate was good too. However, I wasn't a fan of having to pay extra if I wanted some potatoes in place of some of the rice. Most places usually handle rice and potatoes interchangeably (and usually give you a portion of both to begin with). I was also definitely not a fan of a sectioned container rather than an open one, since that greatly reduces portion size, but this is something that a lot of places are doing now. Additionally, having the sauce come on the side in a half-filled container means you're getting a lot less than what you're getting at other places. All in all, food was definitely tasty and I would come back. I'd definitely opt for the wrap more than the plate, because the sheer cost of the plate really isn't justified by the amount of food you end up getting.
