The 'President' of this place is extremely rude, prejudice, and has no compassion for families that bring their children with, while waiting for their vehicle to be worked on. I can't afford to hire a babysitter to watch my kids while having extremely expensive work done to my vehicle, I was even charged by them to wait for my vehicle to cool down! Jeff Roloff gustured his whole hand in a circular motion towards my CHILDREN and said 'if you have future work done here don't bring this with you!' IF YOU DON'T WANT FAMILIES TO BRING THEIR KIDS, DON'T HAVE A TOY AREA. PERIOD. He could have offered to loan me a vehicle so I could have taken them to the park. He said the workers, 'couldn't concentrate while working in their offices or in their workshop'. If you're good at what you do, and are a professional, then you should do even better IF there are distractions. To which my kids were better here than most times we were out other places of business. I will NEVER come back to this extremely UNPROFESSIONAL place ever again! You're welcome for losing my business and I will never recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for showing me your true colors, of greed and callousness. Needs better personable skills!
