Things got so bad that they had to sub out part of the job to another professional to correct their own mistakes. Even then, they failed to complete the remaining detail work. Despite repeated calls and texts, they simply stopped responding and never showed up again -- all after having received full payment. Unreliable, unprofessional, and ultimately left the job unfinished. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Since my house is 210-years-old there were a few issues getting it up and running, as we knew there would be. They came back as needed to ensure everything ran perfectly. He is not only rude, he is less than honest in his dealing with people. He moved the tank to in front of the gate to my backyard, so I couldn't even use it, and when I told him not to put gas in it because I wanted it moved, he took the tank away. He gave me a snotty little face and wave as he left. Then his wife called me and told me I had $900 on account with them. I told her he took the tank, but he brought it back and put it in the same place, so I told him to move it or not put gas in it. I never got my $900 worth of gas. At first when I called about it, they said, "No, it was only $300 (something)." But that changed to nothing by the next time I called. He is rude and dishonest.
