They have full hookups, a bathroom/laundry, and a dumpster. This is a mobile home park with many permanent residents. This location is cash only and we paid 40$ for our site. None of this should be a surprise based of freely available information, but here is what is. The live in site Manager Jessica is an absolute GEM! She was friendly, easy to work with and extremely organized. We arrived late at night and she walked out to greet us with a smile. Super easy to pay and sign in, easy to access sites. As of late Feb their bathroom has 2 working showers and 1 working toilet. This wasn't a problem for us but on a busy weekend it may be worth nothing. The location here is a 3.5, the host is a 6/5. Would not hesitate at all to visit again as a pass through or 2-3 day visit. THANK YOU AGAIN Jessica!!!

Yes some things have got much better but definitely not the amount of rental monthly increase. It has never even come close to this amount in my over 10 years living here. I truly hope this is not going to continue going up this much or more every year!

We pay good money to rent this lot, and we are all afraid of our homes burning down. We have to…read morepay for a special fire insurance because of where we live. The management here does not keep the vegetation cut down. It is as dry as it can be right now, and desperately needs to be addressed. It would take one spark from a car backfire, or someone's cigarette, to burn this place down. We have spoken to mgmt about it, to no avail. If I could give less than one star, I would.
