His commission rate was fair, as it covered a large amount of the side costs, such as landscaping, paint touch up, 3D photography, and cleaning. Although we did contemplate the idea of selling the house ourselves, we're glad we went with Emad instead. Numerous unknown factors came up, such as the buyers adding a new person on the loan, the back-and-forth haggling of transferring the solar energy, a buyer backing out, and a plethora of paperwork. Emad worked closely with us to ensure that everything was smooth and that we did as little as possible. He called it the "white glove" experience :) His strategy is to list the sale price a bit lower to gain more interests and have buyers bid against each other.
