She didn't hesitate to help us from the very start! She set up a meeting with us to talk about our wants and needs. The moment we met with Michelle we knew she would work diligently for us. She didn't come empty handed and had information for us to look over. We told her we saw a new home we wanted and need to sell our current home first. She didn't waste any time and ran with it! She told us exactly what we had to do to prepare in selling our home. Michelle was motivated and the next thing we knew we were having an Open House! Our open house took only 1 weekend and we had multiple offers in a few days. Michelle is not like other agents my husband and I worked with in the past. She wasn't thinking of her commission from us which is what we loved about her. She wasn't pushy and aggressive. Not once did we feel pressured. Michelle considered our feelings and our happiness first. We are now living in our brand new home and we are very happy! Emad is a great real estate agent and truly worked hard to deserve this 5-star rating!…read more Emad was very easy to communicate with and is available for the most part via text and email. His commission rate was fair, as it covered a large amount of the side costs, such as landscaping, paint touch up, 3D photography, and cleaning. Although we did contemplate the idea of selling the house ourselves, we're glad we went with Emad instead. Numerous unknown factors came up, such as the buyers adding a new person on the loan, the back-and-forth haggling of transferring the solar energy, a buyer backing out, and a plethora of paperwork. Emad worked closely with us to ensure that everything was smooth and that we did as little as possible. He called it the "white glove" experience :) His strategy is to list the sale price a bit lower to gain more interests and have buyers bid against each other. This worked to our advantage, as we ultimately sold the house for the price that we wanted in the first place! Our home was listed on June 8th, we had multiple offers by the end of the week. Our first deal fell through, but Emad kept back-up offers and touched bases with those buyers right away. Within the next two days, we accepted the second offer and the entire transaction was closed and finalized by July 30th! We highly recommend Emad if you are still contemplating on a real estate agent! We'll definitely reach out to him for future real estate ventures!

Updated review. I…read morehave used Michele to buy and sell my homes for a total of 3 times now. I will never use Michele again because she is money driven and does not look for the greater good of her clients. Rewind time about 5 years ago when my husband and I were young and we just had given birth to our baby. Michele boasts she is family oriented and her work ethic is for the good of her clients. However, the home we were looking to buy was built in 1953 flat roof with tar and rocks as the roof. Michele ordered our home inspection a man who just briefly looked over our entire home and said it was pretty much good to go. I understand as new home buyers, you should do some research before buying a home and being Michele's client definitely was an example. The next rain season, our roof had major issues and was leaking. When I hired a roofing company to take a look he was appalled how our roof passed inspection. I asked Michele who stated the report said the roof only required some new rocks on certain areas. Fast forward this year, we were buying another home and this time my husband's parents were involved. Michele ordered a thorough home inspection but only requested the seller to fix the mandatory issues. When we moved in, the home was still filled with the old owner's junk. Michele told my father in law she would get him a Home Depot card to fix all the other issues with the home. However, she sent us a box of fruit. Michele was unable to answer me when I asked several times why she only ordered a visual inspection of roof. She never advised us or helped us to obtain a thorough roof inspection of our older home. The roof damages were over $20,000 and we sold that home at a lot lower value. I believe Michele intentionally did not order a thorough roof inspection as young, ignorant first time home buyers, we would give her a sale. I find it hard with Michele's time and experience as a realtor, she would over look or forget to order a thorough roof inspection.

We did not know her prior to selling our home, but she made us feel like friends instead of business partners. She has many professional contacts and when we needed a house cleaner and a contractor, she knew exactly who to call and organized their help without any delay. She also was so eager to help us, she was willing to accompany us to sign title papers just one day after she had surgery. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is. Karen sold our house within about 6 weeks. We were able to sell our home for the listed price and got more money back than we anticipated. She was very thorough and able to answer every single question we had. If/when we need to sell another home in the future we will definitely use her again. Most recently, Janet represented us in the sale of our primary residence in Tracy, CA. Her knowledge of the market was invaluable, especially when advising us on which repairs and updates were worth making before listing. After we moved out of state, Janet and her team took care of the details, completing needed minor repairs and updates, thoroughly cleaning the house, staging it, and arranging for professional photographs. The house looked fantastic when it hit the market, and within just three days we received two offers, including one at full asking price! What truly sets Janet apart is everything she does before the listing and throughout escrow. She stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed, and made the entire process remarkably easy, even though we were living out of state. Any agent can list a house, but it is the work Janet puts in before listing and during escrow that sets her apart. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication are exceptional. After five transactions, we can confidently give Janet our highest recommendation.
